About Robert Reynolds

Rob has roots in Southern Oregon dating back to when he attended Illinois Valley High School in Cave Junction, and has since been back many times over the years to visit with family and friends.

Rob is a dedicated trusted advisor with over a decade of public accounting experience.  He earned his Master’s Degree in Taxation with a 4.0 GPA from City University of New York – Baruch College in New York City, then passed the CPA exam and became a licensed CPA in 2015.  He has been serving individual and business clients of every background since that time.

Rob got his career started in mid to large size accounting firms in NYC, preparing and reviewing every kind of tax return.  His understanding of tax compliance and consulting, as well as his interest in teaching, culminated in him facilitating multiple trainings on complex tax topics at Deloitte University in Texas, the national training campus of our nation’s top CPA firm.  He is skilled at breaking down complicated tax topics into understandable action items for clients to base decisions on.

Working at Deloitte has given Rob a wealth of experience in a variety of tax situations, including for individuals, trusts, foundations, partnerships, and S Corporations.  He also routinely assisted clients to compute quarterly estimated tax payments to avoid penalties and interest, as well as responded to IRS and state notices to resolve tax issues.  This included getting on the Power of Attorney and calling the IRS or state to resolve any outstanding issues.

Rob loves assisting people with their complicated tax issues and untangling things to improve their lives.  Tax is like a foreign language for most, but Rob enjoys translating, interpreting, and resolving situations for anyone who finds themselves in a tough spot.

Rob’s over 10 years of professional tax experience positions him perfectly to be your trusted tax advisor.  Please reach out for a free consultation to discuss your tax topics.
